was done, ... is not healthy, but! .. 1-2 weeks, 25-30 pounds in 3 months is much safer ... the slower the better!

Ideally, you will lose 1 pound per week .. by sure that your body is more likely that the weight to lose, instead of (a lot of weight at once, it is likely that I will rise again, hold)
